Khadijah Muhammad has extensive experience in community support and recovery coaching, currently serving as a Lead Community Recovery Coach at Hartford HealthCare since June 2023 and as an FS Ambassador at Yale New Haven Hospital since January 2022. In addition, Khadijah has been a Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager at Columbus House, Inc. since April 2021, focusing on addressing homelessness challenges. Previous roles include Case Manager 2 at The Connection, Inc. and Community Support Assistant at Continuum of Care, with contributions to building supportive communities and empowering individuals. Khadijah's background also includes work as a Per Diem Youth Coordinator and various leadership positions in educational food services, complemented by an Associate of Arts degree from CT State Gateway and a diploma in Culinary Arts from Eli Whitney Technical High School.
