Ken Neishi has over 40 years of work experience in the food industry. ken started their career at Gerber Products Company in 1976, where they worked as a Production Manager for 18 years. In 1994, they joined Nabisco as a Director of Operations, staying with the company until 1999. Ken then worked at Michael Foods as a VP of Operations from 2004 to 2008 before moving to their most recent role as a VP of Ops at Columbus Foods, where they have been since 2008.
Ken Neishi attended the University of California, Davis from 1972 to 1976. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science.
