Jeanne Beliveau-Dunn

Jeanne Beliveau-Dunn was appointed a Director of the Company in March 2020. Currently, Ms. Beliveau-Dunn is the chief executive officer and president of Claridad LLC, a digital and internet of things (IoT) consulting company, which she founded in 2018. Prior to that, she served as vice president and general manager of Services for Cisco Systems Inc., a global technology company, from 2014 to 2018. In this role she led the technical services strategy, innovation and operations group along with the knowledge services business unit. During her 22-year career at Cisco, she also established Cisco’s Internet Business Solutions Group, leading its Global Channels alliance teams and Enterprise Portfolio Marketing. Ms. Beliveau-Dunn served as President of the Board of the IoT Talent Consortium, a membership-driven non-profit organization from 2016 through March 2018. Ms. Beliveau-Dunn also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Xylem, Inc. (NYSE: XYL) and Edison International (NYSE: EIX) and its subsidiary Southern California Edison (SCE).
