Richard H. Fleming

Richard H. Fleming was appointed a Director of the Company in March 1999 and was elected Chairman of the Board in July 2018. He was also appointed Interim CEO on January 10, 2020. Mr. Fleming retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at USG Corp. in May 2012. He had been appointed to this positionI in February 1999. Mr. Fleming served USG Corp. in various executive financial capacities, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from January 1995 to February 1999 and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from January 1994 to January 1995. He joined the Company in 1974. Mr. Fleming also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Boise Cascade Company (NYSE: BCC) and Optim Energy, LLC., a private company.
