Amy Clark

Amy Clark is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leadership. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources & DEI at Columbus McKinnon since May 2021, Amy leads the DE&I Initiative Strategy for the Global Team and actively supports community engagement efforts. Previously, Amy held various HR roles, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner at The E.W. Scripps Company and Human Resources District Leader at Rite Aid, showcasing strong capabilities in employee relations, talent management, and organizational culture enhancement. With a foundation in retail management as an Executive Team Leader at Target, Amy brings a comprehensive understanding of team development and operational leadership. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion and Textile Technology from Buffalo State University and an Associate in Applied Science in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
