Joe Ombrello

Joe Ombrello is an experienced operations leader with a career spanning over four decades in manufacturing and distribution. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Industrial Products at Columbus McKinnon since June 2004, Joe oversees all Hoist and Rigging manufacturing and distribution operations in the USA and Canada. Joe's extensive background includes roles such as General Manager, where Joe implemented Lean Business Processes and enhanced customer service and financial performance, and stewardship in continuous improvement and materials management across various companies, including Textron Fastening Systems and SPX Contech Metal Forge. Joe holds a Certificate in Business Strategy from eCornell and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
