Jyothirmai Narayan

Jyothirmai Narayan, known as Joty, is a seasoned Senior Embedded Software Engineer with extensive experience in embedded software design and development across various industries. Currently at Columbus McKinnon since February 2022, Joty previously held senior engineering roles at Cummins Allison, Niksun, Abbott Point of Care, Siemens Corporate Research, General Motors Hybrid Powertrain, Ford Motor Company, and C-DOT Centre for Development of Telematics. Expertise encompasses C and C++ programming on ARM processors, motor control systems, and network monitoring, as well as compliance with FDA design controls in medical device software. Joty holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University.
