Marcus Williamson

Marcus Williamson has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Marcus is currently the Vice President of Asset Management at the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority. In this role, they develop and administers strategic plans and goals, ensures compliance, and maintains a high occupancy rate while providing affordable housing to a large number of families.

Previously, Marcus served as the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) Deputy Director at the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority. Marcus improved program responsiveness and efficiency by implementing industry-forward processes and collaborated with stakeholders to develop improvements and efficiencies.

Marcus started their career as the Supervisor of the Account Support Team at Winstar Communications, where they oversaw order fulfillment, customer acquisitions, and account cancellation services. Marcus successfully met customer retention goals and improved service delivery and response times.

Marcus Williamson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Franklin University.
