Gugu Finca

Gugu Finca began their career as a Trainee Metallurgist at South African Roll Company before joining Columbus Stainless (Pty) Ltd, where they currently serve as the Production Team Manager for Electric Arc Furnace & Raw Materials Loading. With a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, they also held roles as the Deputy Chairperson of Residence and later as a Residence Academic Advisor, providing support and guidance to their peers in the academic setting.
