Nel Hercules

Nel Hercules is an experienced Maintenance Planner at Columbus Stainless (Pty) Ltd since October 2009, specializing in the refurbishment workshop and fleet workshop since 2016. Responsibilities include retrieving, editing, scheduling, and printing job cards, as well as capturing artisan time on the PeopleSoft system. Prior to this role, Nel served as a Fitter in the Hydraulic Workshop, where tasks involved repairing pneumatic tools and high-pressure hydraulic equipment, as well as conducting cylinder repairs and manufacturing drawings. Nel's educational background includes a Supervisory Management N6 degree from Advisory Progressive College, a Mechanical Engineering Diploma from Nkangala FET College, and a Higher Education Diploma in Technical Mechanical from the University of Pretoria, complemented by technical training from High Technical School Middelburg. Nel also has teaching experience from positions held at Protocol Teachers in London and Laerskool Villeria.
