Chloe McLean

Chloe McLean is a seasoned talent partner with a diverse background in legal and recruitment roles. Currently serving at Column since December 2024, Chloe previously worked as a recruiting partner at Zipline from June 2021 to December 2024, and as an associate at Spencer Stuart focusing on legal, compliance, and regulatory practices from June 2019 to June 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an assistant district attorney at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office, handling a substantial felony caseload, and working as a paralegal at Cozen O'Connor and Paulson & Nace, PLLC, where Chloe supported criminal defense and litigation efforts. Chloe began a career in research as a research assistant with Virtue Foundation, contributing to global initiatives for women's and children's empowerment. Educational credentials comprise a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Los Angeles, a B.A. in International Relations from Claremont McKenna College, and foundational education at The Hotchkiss School.
