Hyun Jung (Rachel) Yoon has a diverse work experience in marketing and event management. Hyun Jung (Rachel) started their career as an Asian Leadership Conference Liaison Intern at Chosunilbo in 2016, where they facilitated communication between conference speakers and the host. Hyun Jung (Rachel) also provided translation and interpretation services.
In 2017, Yoon worked as an Event Marketing Specialist at George P Johnson Experience Marketing, where they collaborated with clients to organize seminars and conferences. Hyun Jung (Rachel) conducted market research to identify potential customers and localized the IBM Live app to improve customer engagement and data tracking.
From 2018 to 2021, Yoon held various roles at JOYCITY. As a UA Marketing Manager, they were responsible for operating Facebook and Google UA marketing campaigns and collaborating with marketing agencies for ad network campaigns. Hyun Jung (Rachel) also strategically planned and created image and video creatives to increase user conversion and acquisition. Additionally, Yoon served as a Business Project Manager for Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War, where they suggested in-game events and product strategies, worked on product availability expansion, and managed co-publishing agencies for user acquisition.
Most recently, in 2022, Yoon joined Com2us Corporation as a UA Marketing Manager, where they continue to excel in their marketing responsibilities.
Hyun Jung (Rachel) Yoon attended the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management from 2011 to 2014. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
