David R. Cook

David R. Cook has over 25 years of work experience in the healthcare industry, starting as a Lab Clerk at Intermountain Healthcare in 1993. David R. then moved on to ARUP Laboratories as a Technical Supervisor and QA Specialist before joining HealthInsight in 2005. At HealthInsight, they held various roles, including Project Manager and Director of Operations. In 2017, they transitioned to Comagine Health, where they have served in leadership positions such as Director of Transformation and State Director, managing quality improvement projects and leading teams across multiple states. Throughout their career, David has been actively involved in quality improvement initiatives, health information technology consulting, and chronic disease management.

David R. Cook graduated from East High School and went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a minor in Spanish from the University of Utah. Later, they obtained an MBA from Westminster University with a focus on Healthcare. Additionally, David has obtained various certifications related to Quality & Safety in Healthcare, Healthcare Quality, Electronic Health Records, and more throughout their career.
