Mark Bennett

Mark Bennett has extensive experience in HR operations and benefits management. Mark has held significant roles in companies like Comagine Health, Southern California Edison, Indymac Bank, EarthLink, InterDent, and Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Mark'sresponsibilities included overseeing benefits, compensation, wellness programs, and HR technology for thousands of employees. Bennett has also managed benefit vendor relationships, implemented cost-saving measures, and played key roles in benefits strategy and administration.

Mark Bennett, CEBS, SPHR, graduated from Crespi Carmelite High School in 1981 with a College Prep diploma. Mark then went on to Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration, where they earned a BA in Business with a minor in Communications in 1985. Continuing their education, Mark obtained an MBA in Human Resources from Loyola Marymount University, Graduate Business School in 1989. In 2005, they became a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans and The Wharton School, and in 2011, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (SHRM).
