William Foster

William Foster is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in the aviation sector. Currently at ComAv, LLC since April 2023, William previously served as Senior Program Manager for Defense Programs and Head of Base Operations at Certified Aviation Services from September 2021 to April 2023. William holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Ashford University, earned between August 2011 and June 2015.
