Celina Gouveia Velosa

Celina Gouveia Velosa is an experienced Engineering Manager at Comba Telecom since October 2010, responsible for supervising engineers and technicians in the design and development of RF and TX projects, as well as hiring, training, and mentoring staff. Prior to this role, Celina served as a Senior Transmission Engineer at Huawei from July 2008 to September 2010, focusing on MW network planning, link design, and optimization of transmission links. Celina's career began as an Operation Specialist at Corporación Digitel, from August 2005 to June 2008, where duties included microwave link planning and equipment configuration. Celina holds an MBA in Project Management from FIAP and a degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Communications from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
