Ali Abdelrahman

Ali Abdelrahman is an accomplished legal professional and academic with extensive experience in law. Currently serving as an Honorary Member of Combar - The Commercial Bar Association since May 2013 and holding the position of Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Khartoum since October 2016, Ali Abdelrahman leads the Department of International and Comparative Law and coordinates postgraduate studies. Additionally, Ali Abdelrahman is a Commissioner for Oaths with the Judiciary of Sudan since March 2009, providing notary services and administering oaths, and has been an advocate with Shami, Khalil & Siddig Advocates since 2000, becoming a partner in 2004. Ali Abdelrahman has also engaged in various visiting positions at prestigious institutions, including the University of Hamburg and the University of Cambridge. Ali Abdelrahman earned an LLM in International Financial Law from King's College London, along with two law degrees from the University of Khartoum.
