Karl Scheider

Karl Scheider is a seasoned professional in global intellectual property management, currently serving as the Manager of Global Intellectual Property at Combe Incorporated since January 2019. In this role, Karl oversees the global trademark portfolio and has successfully implemented updated trademark processes and systems. Prior to this, Karl held the position of Director of Intellectual Property at Iconix Brand Group, managing an IP legal team across multiple fashion, home, and entertainment brands worldwide. Karl's extensive experience includes roles at Nine West Holdings, Cendant Corporation, Blyth, Inc., Reader's Digest, and Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman, P.C., with a strong focus on trademark prosecution, clearance searches, and managing various aspects of IP law. Karl holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from Pace University, a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Marist College, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Gannon University.
