Tracie Cronin

Tracie Cronin has over 30 years of experience in tax consulting and operations. Tracie has held various roles at several companies, including Combe Incorporated, where they served as Vice President of Taxation. Prior to that, they were the owner of TCronin Consulting and Tracie Cronin Tax Consulting. Tracie also worked as the Director of Taxation at Crius Energy LLC, the Senior Director of Tax Operations at IAC Interactivecorp, and the Director of Tax at Silgan Holdings, Inc. Tracie also has experience at Crompton Corporation, Gartner Group, Inc, Asea Brown Boveri Inc, and PepsiCo. Throughout their career, Tracie has been involved in a wide range of tax-related responsibilities, such as tax compliance and audits, income tax provision calculations, and preparing tax returns for both domestic and international entities. Tracie has also implemented tax software systems and successfully managed IRS audits.

Tracie Cronin completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Taxation from Pace University in 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Pace University in 1985.
