Alicia Rapiera is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the digital and e-commerce sectors. As the Co-founder and Head of Design at Exibeat since January 2024, Alicia leads innovative solutions for the electronic music industry. At COMBEAU, Alicia serves as Art Director and UX/UI Designer, collaborating on e-commerce website design. Alicia founded Kalamarie Studio, focusing on sustainable digital solutions for the wellness market, and contributed to the redesign of the Printemps e-commerce platform. Previous roles include designer for Le Monde's marketing team, Art Director at Clever Age and CANAL+ Group, and UX Designer at McKinsey Digital Labs. Alicia holds degrees in digital communication and software engineering from prestigious institutions.
