Ingrid Hauggaard has a diverse background in facilitation and leadership development, currently serving as a Process Facilitator at Combient since March 2022. Prior to this role, Hauggaard worked at the PwC Experience Center in Stockholm from August 2018 to March 2022 as a Facilitator. In 2021, Hauggaard contributed as a Lecturer at KAOSPILOT, focusing on Process Leadership, Facilitation, and Service Design. Additionally, Hauggaard co-led the Culture Creation and Change Management module for business developers at Hyper Island from March to May 2019. In 2017, Hauggaard worked as a Junior Consultant for Swedfund International, where responsibilities included leadership training and enhancing employee and customer experiences in South Africa and Mozambique. Hauggaard's educational background includes an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Helsingborg and a degree from Kaospilot from 2015 to 2018.
