Madelyn Hopper serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Combined Arms since March 2023, where responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar and organizing meetings and travel arrangements. Previously, Madelyn provided administrative support to the CEO and executive team at OrganizedQ and worked as a Builder Sales Representative at Sunrise Appliance, establishing connections with property management firms and builders. Additional roles include Customer Service Team Lead at Hollister Co., Childcare Provider/Owner for a home-based childcare facility, Leasing Specialist at The Villages at Fort Irwin, and Routing and Scheduling Coordinator at Victor Valley Transit Authority. Madelyn holds a high school diploma from Huntington Beach High School and is currently pursuing an associate's degree in General Studies at Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute.
