Zee Cele

Zee Cele is an accomplished businesswoman with a long and varied career in finance and accounting. Zee is currently serving as an independent non-executive at CMH Group, and has previously held positions at Hulamin, HARITH GENERAL PARTNERS, TRADE & INVESTMENT KZN, AVBOB, and COMBINED MOTOR HOLDINGS LTD.

Cele began their career in 1989 when they founded TAX SOLUTIONS CC, a company specializing in accounting and taxation services for small and medium businesses. TAX SOLUTIONS was also involved in company registration and compliance with tax laws. Under Cele's leadership, the company trained many aspiring professional accountants and provided financial advice to private practices and employed professionals.

In 2005, Cele joined Eskom Holdings Ltd as a non-executive director. Zee quickly rose through the ranks, becoming chairman of the Tender Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. During their time at Eskom, Cele conducted educational seminars on business and personal financial management.

Cele has been a non-executive director at Hulamin Ltd since 2007, where they also serve as Chairman of the Transformation, Social & Ethics Committee. Zee is also a member of the Audit Committee.

Zee Cele has a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and also holds a B.Comm from the University of Fort Hare. Zee has also completed an Executive Leadership Development Program at Arthur D. Little Management Education Institute in Cambridge, U.S.A.
