Ivana Skočanić has a diverse range of work experience. Ivana started their career in 2008 as a System Application Engineer at Koncar - Electric Vehicles. In this role, they were responsible for defining and implementing solutions for vehicle control units, testing communication systems, and developing HMI user interfaces. After working at Koncar for 5 years, they moved on to INA - Industrija nafte, d.d. in 2013, where they served as an Investment Project Management Expert. Their responsibilities included assessing and analyzing project risks, developing technical specifications, participating in procurement processes, and assisting with contracting. Ivana remained in this role for 6 years until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager at Combis d.o.o., starting in July 2019.
Ivana Skočanić completed their education at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb from 2002 to 2007, earning a degree in Industrial Electronics (dipl. ing.). Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, they attended Gimnazija Andrije Mohorovića in Rijeka, but no degree or field of study is specified for this period. In addition to their formal education, Ivana Skočanić has obtained several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2020, the PEX (Explosion proof protection) certification from the Faculty of Mining, Geology and Petroleum Engineering in February 2017, the Professional examination Certificate in the field of electrical engineering from the Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning in December 2014, and the Project management certification from the IPMA: International Project Management Association in December 2017.
