Jeremy Rice

Jeremy Rice has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jeremy started their career in 2014 as a Telecommunications Technician at TRS Construction, where they were responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing data and communication cabling. Jeremy also used Microsoft applications to map office spaces for correct product installation. In 2017, they joined DYONYX as an SME Application Support Analyst, where they managed day-to-day operations and led a team of 15 support analysts. Jeremy also served as a project manager for various tasks and facilitated weekly live meetings with different teams to provide immediate assistance for application-related defects. In 2019, Jeremy joined Identity Automation as a Support Engineer, providing technical support for their identity, data and access management software. Jeremy supported the installation and administration of customers' CentOS in hypervisors and built and modified automated account creation and deprovisioning processes in Microsoft Active Directory. Currently, they are working at ComboCurve as both an Integration Engineer and an Application Support Analyst.

Jeremy Rice attended Southwestern University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science.
