Customer Success Manager at Combo

Carolina López has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Beginning in 2013, they worked as a Professor's assistant at Universidad Icesi, where they assisted with mathematics, statistics, and economics courses. In 2016, they became a Sales Intelligence Trainee at Reckitt, where they compiled and organized sales information and generated monitoring reports. Carolina then joined Shoot My Travel, a global travel photographer marketplace, in 2018 as a Customer Success representative, providing personalized management for customer bookings. Carolina moved on to Onroad Spain in 2021, where they served as a Customer Operations Agent, managing relationships with teachers and monitoring KPIs. In 2022, they joined GoStudent as a Customer Success Manager, handling customer inquiries and ensuring the best service experience. Currently, Carolina is employed at Combo as a Customer Success Manager.

Carolina López completed their Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at EAE Business School from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Business from Universidad ICESI between 2011 and 2016. In addition, they attended Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in 2015 to pursue studies in Commercial Engineering, although the degree was not specified.

Carolina also has several certifications, including Scrum Master and Expert Scrum Foundations from EuropeanScrum.org with European Accreditation, obtained in July and June 2020, respectively. Carolina also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English and a Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge Assessment English, obtained in March 2018 and November 2017, respectively.
