Kevin Pikus

Kevin Pikus is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in video streaming and network engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Architect at Comcast since September 2010, Kevin has contributed to the Strategic Architecture Team as well as leading efforts in Video Quality Analysis and Adaptive Bitrate (ABR) streaming technologies. Previous roles include Director of Media Services at Move Networks, where Kevin supported the development of live and on-demand video streaming services, and Network Operations Manager at Volera Inc., focusing on Content Distribution Network design. Kevin's extensive experience also includes positions in telecommunications and network engineering with Novell and the United States Air Force. Kevin holds education credentials from the Community College of the Air Force and the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
