Product Manager at Comeet

Tal Cohen has had an extensive career in customer service and product marketing. In 2021, they began their current role as Senior Customer Success Manager at Comeet, where they lead weekly internal consultation sessions for the Customer Success team and trains new teammates. Previously, they were the Head of Customer Success at MISHMAROT from 2018 to 2021, where they managed a team of nine and cultivated trusting relationships with stakeholders. In 2018, they also held the role of Head of Content & Assistant Spokesperson at the Federation of Local Authorities in Israel, where they wrote press releases, articles, opinion pieces and speeches. From 2016 to 2018, Tal was the Deputy International Director at AKIM Israel. Tal began their career in 2007 as a Spokesperson for the IDF Spokesperson Unit.

Tal Cohen completed a Bachelor's degree in Humanities and Arts from Tel Aviv University between 2011 and 2016. Tal then went on to earn a Master's degree in Political Communication from the same university in 2017. In 2019, they attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology for Agile Project Management.
