Joseph P. Huffsmith

Joe Huffsmith joined OEP in 2006 and is a Managing Director based in Chicago. During his tenure at OEP, Huffsmith worked on numerous investments in the chemical, food, industrial manufacturing, automotive, energy, technology and healthcare sectors. Huffsmith is a member of the board of directors of Walterscheid and AMECO and previously served on the board of directors of PeroxyChem, Sonneborn, East Balt, Netas, Genband and Precision Gear. Prior to joining OEP, Huffsmith worked at JPMorgan. Huffsmith holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Mathematics and Economics from Duke University.
