Alyson Reece

Alyson Reece is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as HR Talent Development Manager VP at Comerica Bank since September 2015. Previous roles at Comerica include VP Learning and Development Manager for the Retail Bank and Learning and Development Consultant, AVP. Prior to joining Comerica, Alyson worked as a Documentation Technology Consultant at WEX and served as Band/Choir Director at Romulus Community Schools, where responsibilities included directing multiple bands and choirs, creating training materials, and presenting staff training. Additional experience encompasses instructional design roles, administrative support, and music education, underpinned by a Master’s degree in Education Media Design and Technology from Full Sail University and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Teacher Education from Eastern Michigan University.
