Elaine Flores

Elaine Flores is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Counsel at Comerica Bank since March 2022, Elaine previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Senior In-House Counsel at Texas Capital Bank from December 2019 to March 2022. Prior to this, Elaine worked as Director at Phillips Murrah for a brief period in 2019 and was a Partner in Finance and Real Estate at Clark Hill Law from August 2011 to April 2019. Elaine began their legal career as an Associate in Finance at Winstead PC, where employment spanned from September 2008 to August 2011. Elaine holds a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School (2005-2008) and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Baylor University (2001-2004).
