Louis Barnett

Louis Barnett has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Louis is currently the Founder of Precipice Apparel, a role they started in January 2023. Before that, they co-founded Ikigai Studio in September 2022, where they helped startups, scale-ups, and SMEs grow using consumer psychology.

In their previous experiences, Louis worked as a Growth Hacker and Motivational Speaker at Louis Barnett - Growth hacker & speaker from April 2008 and September 2003, respectively.

Louis also served as the Director of Marketing & Business Development at Eco Farm SA from July 2017 to October 2018. Prior to that, they were an Ambassador at Barry Callebaut Group from January 2012 to December 2016.

One of their significant roles was as the Founder/CEO of Chokolit ltd/LBC Chocolates. Louis managed all aspects of the business, including sales and business development across 15 countries, production facilities, sales strategies, distribution to retailers, export operations, company accounts, marketing, branding, packaging, NPD development, and global PR campaigns. Louis held this role from September 2004 to December 2015.

Louis Barnett attended the Barry Callebaut Academy from 2007 to 2013, where they studied food molecular sciences, chocolate, patissery, and gelato. Louis did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their education at the academy, Louis obtained several certifications. In 2005, they received their Reiki level 1 certification from the UK Reiki Federation, followed by their Reiki level 2 certification in 2008. In 2009, they obtained a Level 2 food manufacturing (operational skills) certification from the Food and Drink Qualifications institution. Later, in 2016, Louis received a Level 3 diploma in fitness instructing and personal training from Active IQ and became a certified massage therapist from Massage & Beauty UK.
