Bhushan Bendale

Bhushan Bendale is a skilled MES Production Engineer at Comet Group, with experience in implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems to enhance production processes as part of Industry 4.0 initiatives. Previously, Bhushan completed a Master's thesis at BSH Home Appliances Group focused on the introduction and implementation of MES in integrated production systems. Additionally, Bhushan interned at BSH Home Appliances Group in factory and project planning, contributing to the layout planning of a new manufacturing area using Lean principles. Earlier professional experience includes working as a New Product Development Engineer at Aakar Foundry, where Bhushan assessed the feasibility of new products in process development. Bhushan holds a Master’s degree in Management and Engineering in Computer Aided Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trusts College of Engineering. Further education includes a semester at Maastricht School of Management in collaboration with RWTH Aachen University.
