Thales Ceolin

Thales Ceolin is a DevOps Engineer at Comet. Thales has previously worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Acrobatiq by VitalSource and as a DevOps / Integration Engineer at Financial Times.

Thales is responsible for Application Deployment, Monitoring and Security Analysis. Thales has maintained all infrastrucutre components of the company as infrastructure as code using Terraform, AWS, MongoDB Atlas, Ansible, Python and others. In terms of CI/CD pipelines, CircleCI was the main tool used.

Worked closely with Software Engineers on implementing "The Twelve Factor Application" so they could use docker / docker-compose to shorten the development cycle.

Thales Ceolin's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais. Thales also has certification from CompTIA in CompTIA Linux+, and certification from Linux Professional Institute in LPI - Linux Professional Institute.

They are on a team with Caleb Kaiser - Full Stack Engineer, Jakub Pazdyga - DevOps Engineer, and Neta Yamin - Front End Engineer. Thales Ceolin reports to Yuval Nahon, Head, Engineering.
