Pedro Silva

Pedro Silva has a strong background in technical support and network operations. Pedro started their career in 2000 at Siemens SA, where they worked as a Technical Support Engineer, focusing on digital commutation exchanges and TDM technologies. Pedro later worked at Nokia Siemens Networks as a Technical Support Engineer, troubleshooting problems in the mobile packet core area and providing training and mentoring to new colleagues. In 2013, Pedro joined Comfone AG as a Network Operations Engineer and later became the Head of Network Operations, responsible for leading and organizing the operational part of the NOC team. Pedro also has experience in project management and customer escalation.

Pedro Silva obtained their Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade Independente. Pedro completed their education at the university from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their degree, Pedro has also obtained certifications in project management and networking. In March 2020, they received the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In June 2011, they achieved the CCNA certification from Cisco.
