Crystal O. has extensive experience in the field of human resources, holding various leadership roles in different companies. Crystal started their career at MountainView Financial Solutions, a Situs Company, where they served as an Assistant Vice President, Vice President, and eventually as a Senior Vice President in Human Resources from 2005 to 2017. Crystal then joined SitusAMC as a Vice President of Human Resources from 2017 to 2019. After that, they worked at InnovAge as a Vice President of HR Operations from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Crystal O. holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Care Synergy, starting from May 2021.

Crystal O. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University Global. Crystal has also obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute in 2015.
