Barry Naegele, BSEET, MBA has a diverse work experience in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building systems industry. Barry is currently serving as the Regional Service and Sales Vice President at Comfort Systems USA, a leading provider of building and service solutions. Prior to this, they held the position of Western Region Sales Manager at TMI Climate Solutions, where they provided custom HVAC solutions for various applications. Barry also worked as the Director of MCP Solutions Sales at Daikin Applied Americas, responsible for the Modular Central Plant Solutions Sales Business in North America. Barry has also held managerial roles at Johnson Controls, Inc. and Carrier Corporation, where they gained extensive experience in areas such as general management and territory service management. Barry started their career at Johnson Controls, where they worked in various engineering, operations, sales, and general management roles. Barry's work experience spans over three decades, showcasing their expertise in the industry.
