Briston Blair

Briston Blair's work experience includes various leadership roles in different companies. They served as the Vice President for Innovation & Strategy at Comfort Systems USA, where they focused on digital transformation and innovation. They also worked as the Vice President for the Western U.S. Region at Comfort Systems and as a Senior Growth Strategy & Corporate Development Advisor. Prior to that, Blair was a Senior Consultant at Continuum Advisory Group, where they led operational and growth strategy consulting projects. They also held the position of Senior Consultant at FMI Corporation, where they led corporate development and growth strategy engagements. Additionally, Blair served as the Director of Marketing & Sales at European Tooling Systems, where they expanded the product line and established strategic alliances.

Briston Blair earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1996 to 2000. Then, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Business Administration specializing in Finance from the College of Business at East Carolina University. Additionally, in 1999, Blair briefly studied Organizational Communication at the University of Jyvaskyla in Finland.
