Lee Jee Cheng Philip

Mr. Lee Jee Cheng Philip is an Independent Non-Executive Director of ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited and sits on the Audit and Risk Committee, the Nominating and Remuneration Committee, and the Digitalisation Committee.

Mr. Lee is also the Lead Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee of City Developments Limited. He is also a Member of the Governing Council of Singapore Agro-Food Enterprises Federation Limited and a Board Member of Tech For Good Institute Limited.

Mr. Lee is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom) and a Fellow member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
