Lee Pedley MBCS has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Lee'smost recent role was as the Head of Information Technology at Comfy Group, where they managed and directed IT operations for a multi-location environment in the FMCG business. Prior to that, they were the Business Owner of Takeaway Revolution Ltd, where they helped build SAAS platforms for food ordering. Lee also served as the Head of Digital Services at TUCO Ltd, where they strategically planned the digital journey for stakeholders. Lee Pedley has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Head of IT at TUI and IT Director at Powersoft Solutions Limited. Lee started their career as a Technical Support Consultant at Brother UK Ltd.

Lee Pedley MBCS has a diverse education history. In 1987, they began their education at Camborne Secondary School, where they earned their GCSE degree in 1992. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Information Technology at the Cornwall College Group from 1992 to 1993. Lee furthered their education at the Cornwall College Group, specializing in HND Computer Studies, from 1993 to 1995.

In recent years, Lee attended The Open University starting in 2019 and is expected to graduate in 2022 with a Bsc in Computing & Business, emphasizing Computer Science.

Additionally, Lee Pedley MBCS has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1992, they earned a BTEC First Diploma in Information Technology from BTEC. Lee later received a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Computing and Systems Development from the same institution in 1993. In 2018, Lee obtained a certification in Data Protection - GDPR from The CPD Accreditation Group. Finally, in 2019, they obtained the ITIL v3 Practitioner and ITIL® 4 Foundation certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
