Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also worked as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice until 2019 and contributed as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
