Victor Cremades Erades

Victor Cremades Erades currently serves as a member of the Occupational Pensions Stakeholder Group (OPSG) at the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) and as a member of The Financial Services User Group (FSUG) at the European Commission. With extensive legal experience, Victor has held various positions including Abogado de los Servicios Jurídicos and Director del Consejo Jurídico at ADICAE, and Vocal de Comité Consultivo at CNMV. Victor is also the founder of Cremades Erades Abogados, focusing on legal opinions and judicial procedures, particularly in civil law. Previous roles include membership in the Banking Stakeholder Group at the European Banking Authority, as well as directorial positions at COEPA and Corporación Transparente. An education background includes a Licenciado in Derecho from Universitat d'Alacant and various advanced degrees in law and corporate social responsibility.
