Leonardo A. Micucci is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate and investment banking law. Currently serving as Subgerente in the Subgerencia Supervisión de Mercados at Comisión Nacional de Valores since August 2022, Leonardo has previously held key roles at Ualá and Macro BMA, including Legal Manager and Head of Legal for Corporate and Investment Banking, respectively. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Leonardo has provided comprehensive legal advisory services in various sectors, ensuring compliance with regulations set by the Comisión Nacional de Valores and facilitating the structuring of both local and cross-border deals. Education includes a Master's degree in Business Law from Universidad Austral and further studies in Economic Business Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, alongside foundational legal training at the University of Buenos Aires.
