Sandeep Bhalla

Sandeep Bhalla has a strong background in project and program management. Sandeep started their career at NIIT Technologies Limited in 1999, where they played a significant role in bringing a Japan-based automobile giant to India. Sandeep also worked closely with the Japan business unit, shaping various projects for the automotive giant and serving as a quality auditor. After seven years at NIIT Technologies, Sandeep joined Tavant Technologies as a Project Manager in 2006. Sandeep then moved to Sapient in 2007, where they served as a Program Manager until 2013. At Sapient, Sandeep focused on managing business in the Delivery Transformation space, overseeing the development of new digital platforms for customers, leading Agile project management, and providing governance support. In 2013, Sandeep joined Publicis Sapient as a Senior Program Manager. In this role, they continued to lead and coach Agile project management, while also providing sales support and efficiently managing various projects. In 2020, Sandeep worked as a Freelance Agile Coach and Trainer, helping teams assess and improve their delivery agility. Sandeep joined Comm100 in 2021 as the Sr. Director of Product Delivery.

Sandeep Bhalla's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Information Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Sandeep also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for their high school education. In addition to their formal education, Sandeep has obtained a Global Certificate in Data Science from Accredian.

Sandeep has also earned several certifications, including Kanban System Design from Kanban University, ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching from ICAgile, and various certifications from LinkedIn such as "Communicating with Confidence," "Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)," "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 2 Security," "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 3 Core Services," "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 4 Billing and Pricing," and "The Non-Technical Skills of Effective Data Scientists." Sandeep has also received several awards, including the Excellence Award for the year 1998-1999, the Quality Award for the year 2001-2003, and the Requirement Management Champion for the organization in 2004-2005.
