Gianluca Pengo

Gianluca Pengo has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Gianluca is currently the VP of Engineering at Weavr.io since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Comma from March 2021 to March 2023. From April 2019 to March 2021, Gianluca worked as the Lead Engineer at MurphyCobb & Associates, where they led the design and development of an online platform for tracking advertisement budgets. Gianluca also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at ctrlio from October 2016 to February 2019, where they promoted good development practices and was responsible for partner integrations in the telco sector. Gianluca founded Digital Rockers srl in June 2014, an interaction agency that focused on B2B digital solutions. Gianluca worked as a project manager and software engineer, involved in all phases of the project, from sales meetings to support. Additionally, Gianluca has worked as a freelance software and web developer from October 2011 to September 2014, where they developed websites, e-commerce platforms, and a quotation and production management software for a doors and windows factory. Gianluca also founded and worked as a software engineer for Uniants, an edtech startup incubated in StartCube, from October 2012 to June 2014, where they built the company from scratch.

Gianluca Pengo obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Padova between 2010 and 2013. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, between 2001 and 2007, Gianluca Pengo attended I.T.I.S. F. Severi di Padova and earned a degree as an Informatics Engineering Technician, specializing in Computer Science.
