Juan Alejandro Franco

Juan Alejandro Franco is a seasoned sales and project management professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in SaaS and cloud solutions. Since February 2008, Juan has served as the Sales Manager for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean at Command Alkon, focusing on providing growth-oriented solutions for companies. Previously, as a Customer Success Manager and LATAM Project Manager at the same company, Juan honed skills in service delivery, customer satisfaction, and project implementation across Latin America. Juan's career began at Boink Systems as an Installation Lead from August 2006 to February 2008. Juan holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and has pursued additional qualifications in Small and Medium Enterprises Management and Customer Relationship Management from Universidad EAFIT and Politecnico de Colombia, respectively.
