Marina Alvarado has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2015, they worked at Biolatina S.A as a Quality Coordination Assistant, where they monitored and documented audit team compliance in organic certification processes. Marina then joined Nestlé in 2016 as a Production and Quality Assurance Supervisor, responsible for monitoring production line traceability and reporting production performance to management. Marina also worked as a Project Engineer at Nestlé, coordinating multiple investment projects and developing project plans. In 2020, Marina joined Banpro Grupo Promerica as a Purchase Specialist, leading the implementation of SAP Ariba software and managing branch resources. Currently, they are working at Command Medical Products, Inc. as a Continuous Improvement and Project Engineer.

Marina Alvarado obtained their postgraduate degree in Operations Planning from the Universidad Americana (UAM) in 2017. Prior to that, they studied Industrial Engineering at the same university from 2012 to 2017, achieving a high distinction as Cum Laude with a score of 92%.
