Lerato Nduna

Lerato Nduna is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People Experience Manager at Command Quality (Pty) Ltd since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Human Capital Business Partner at Blue Label Telecoms from January 2022 to March 2023, and as Human Capital Manager at AM Hengtong Africa Telecoms for a brief period in 2021. Lerato spent nearly a decade at Nampak, progressing from Human Resources Graduate to Human Resources Officer and ultimately to Human Resources Manager from March 2011 to December 2020. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg and a Management Development Programme from GIBS Business School, among other relevant credentials.
