Muge Erdem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client engagement and account management. Currently serving as Client Engagement Manager at Commencis since September 2018, Muge has played a pivotal role in helping leading brands leverage digital solutions powered by big data and analytics. Prior roles include Project Manager and Central Eastern Europe - Strategic Account Manager at Insider, where Muge focused on multichannel experience orchestration. Muge's background also includes a position as Performance Marketing Account Manager at Performics and Customer Service and Sales Support at Henkel, contributing to the launch of a web tool for enhanced customer engagement.
