In this role, you will
- Ensure the building of reusable APIs in NodeJS
- Problem solve, de-bug, and optimize code, ensuring proper deployment of NodeJSt applications to various hosting environments(preferably AWS)
- Utilize your knowledge and proficiency in Javascript, Typescript.
- Showcase your experience building microservices using NodeJS
- Build and utilize tools to ensure proper integrations, testing and version controls.
- Gain a deep understanding of our product and become involved in driving out product implementation

If you’re right for this role, you
- Have a strong understanding of core computer science principles
- Have 4+ years of software development experience
- Have strong experience with development of backend systems; and be comfortable working with front end components
- Have experience in building and integrating with internal or external APIs
- Have 3.5+ Years of Experience with Typescript or NodeJS
- Experience with PHP / Laravel will be a plus
- Experience in either Express / Serverless Framework or NestJS or CDK
- Familiarity with routing tools / ORM frameworks etc in NodeJS is an added bonus
- Have Strong Experience with relational and NoSQL Databases
- Have strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Have Experience with deploying applications in AWS (Lambda, RDS, Dynamodb)
- Familiar with working with OpenSearch, Cloudwatch, API gateway.
- Have at least 2+ years of experience working in AWS
- Familiar with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, S3
- Are a strong written and verbal communicator; Advanced English language skills
- Must be able to flex at least 4 working hours to overlap with North American time zones; Requirement to work until at least 11:30 PM IST
